What is the difference between a seasonal rental and a holiday rental?

A seasonal rental is a fixed-term contract for a purpose other than your primary residence (work, study, an extended stay). A holiday rental is marketed as tourist accommodation and, in Andalusia, the property must be listed in the Andalusian Tourism Register (Registro de Turismo de Andalucía); in that case, the registration number is shown on the listing.

What is the minimum stay?

It depends on the property and the time of year. The minimum stay and the nightly, weekly or monthly rates are shown on each listing.

What is included in the price?
