The website provides information about the property brokerage services offered by Holanducía Real Estate – sales and purchases, long-term rentals, seasonal rentals, new builds and business transfers – and about its administrative services, and enables users to contact the company.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Málaga, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of the user’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
