Description

Enjoy a unique stay in this newly built house on the shores of the Iznájar Reservoir, furnished with brand-new, high-quality furniture and designed for you to experience the surroundings in complete comfort. From the large living room and the bedrooms you can take in spectacular views of the lake – the fifth largest in Spain – and the surrounding mountains, creating a sense of calm and escape that is hard to match.

Outside, the house invites you to enjoy the climate: a private pool surrounded by a large terrace with barbecue, and a well-kept garden with flowers and fruit trees completing a perfect setting for relaxing, socialising and living outdoors. The accommodation also includes gym equipment, ideal if you want to keep up your routine even while you are away.

The location is another of its great attractions: nearby you will find a restaurant, a sandy beach and a lush pine forest. There is also a sailing club very close by, where you can hire canoes or a small sailing boat and enjoy other activities. The area also offers leisure options such as horse riding, making it an ideal choice both for resting and for new experiences.
